1. What Probabilica is

An information and entertainment service that publishes the EuroMillions number selections produced by statistical models and keeps a public record of how those selections performed. It is not a lottery, a betting service, a tipster promising winnings, or financial advice.

2. No prediction is possible

EuroMillions draws are random. No selection published here improves your chances of winning. Historical performance shown on the site is not a guide to future results. Do not spend money on lottery tickets that you cannot afford to lose; play only through licensed operators.

3. Independence

Probabilica is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Allwyn, the National Lottery, EuroMillions, Camelot or any lottery or betting operator. Trade marks belong to their owners.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service or subscribe to its emails.

5. Emails and subscriptions

During the launch period emails are free. Paid plans mentioned on the site are indicative; nothing is charged before a separate purchase agreement with clear pricing is presented and accepted.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Gerd sp. z o.o. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content, including lottery spending. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Polish law; consumers in the UK and the EU keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their home country.
