Who we are

What we collect and why
- Email address, the plan you expressed interest in, which pick or button you clicked, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from — so we can send you model picks before EuroMillions draws and tell you when Probabilica launches. Legal basis: your consent (UK GDPR / GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
- A hashed (one-way) form of your IP address and your browser type when you submit the form — to prevent abuse of the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Anonymous usage statistics via self-hosted Umami analytics: page views and button clicks without cookies, without your IP address being stored, and without cross-site tracking. No consent banner is required because no cookies or identifiers are stored on your device.
What we do not do
We do not sell lottery tickets or take bets, we do not share your email with lotteries, bookmakers or advertisers, and we do not build advertising profiles. We never ask for payment details on this site.
Where your data is stored
On servers operated by OVH in the European Union. Retention: until you unsubscribe or, if Probabilica does not launch, 24 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@probabilica.com. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office.
